If this is not a custom made item, and you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept your timely return within 7 days of purchase. Return merchandise should be in the same condition as it was received. Please provide a brief explanation for the return. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable. Shipping of returned goods is the responsibility of the customer.
